
Meet Richard Shotton
Co-Founder, CBLRichard Shotton specialises in applying behavioural science to marketing. He is co-founder of the Consumer Behavior Lab and regularly helps brands such as Google, Mondelez and Meta with their challenges.
He is the author of The Choice Factory and The Illusion of Choice. Two best-selling books, available in 15 languages, which explain how behavioural science can solve business challenges.
In 2021 he became an associate of the Moller Institute, Churchill College, Cambridge University and an honorary fellow of the IPA.
