
Meet Allison Arling-Giorgi
Behavioral Strategist, CBLAllison Arling‑Giorgi is the lead behavioral‑science strategist at the Consumer Behavior Lab. A seasoned strategist with a background in consumer insights and brand development, she uses behavioral science to decode how people make decisions and to build “irresistible” brand experiences. Allison has spent her career helping CPG brands understand consumers and culture, translating those insights into award‑winning campaigns and business results.
Before joining the CBL, she led strategy at Energy BBDO for nearly a decade and previously held senior roles at the youth‑focused insights firm, The Intelligence Group and at NBCUniversal. Her expertise in engaging millennial and Gen‑Z audiences has made her a sought‑after speaker, and she has contributed to PBS Frontline’s “Generation Like,” the Daily Mail and MediaPost. Allison holds a BA in broadcast journalism and political science from the University of Minnesota. At CBL she draws on this experience to show how behavioural science can transform marketing from guesswork into a disciplined approach that drives real business impact.
